Product Inspection Upon Delivery
We kindly ask you to inspect your order carefully in the presence of the courier. If the product does not meet your expectations or does not match your order, you may refuse it and return it to the courier without opening the packaging.
14-Day Return and Exchange Policy
According to Resolution No. 114 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, dated May 21, 1998, perfume products are not included among goods eligible for exchange within 14 days.
Therefore, perfume products of satisfactory quality are not eligible for return or exchange.
Fragrance Longevity
ParfumShop.az guarantees the authenticity of all perfumes we sell, but we do not guarantee their longevity.
Some authentic fragrances may naturally have weak or even very weak longevity due to their composition and manufacturing characteristics. We provide perfumes with the same quality and longevity characteristics as intended by their official manufacturers.
Weak fragrance longevity does not mean that a perfume is counterfeit or inauthentic.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If a manufacturing defect, counterfeit product, or discrepancy with your order is identified, your request will be reviewed in accordance with applicable legislation.
Cellophane Packaging
Some authentic perfumes are manufactured and packaged without cellophane wrapping. The absence of cellophane does not mean that a product is inauthentic.
