Can I return or exchange a purchased perfume?
According to Resolution No. 114 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, dated May 21, 1998, perfume and cosmetic products of satisfactory quality are included in the list of non-exchangeable goods. Therefore, authentic perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged simply because the fragrance does not meet personal preferences or expectations regarding longevity. If a manufacturing defect is discovered or the product does not match the order, the request will be reviewed in accordance with applicable legislation.
Do you guarantee the longevity of your perfumes?

We guarantee the authenticity of all our fragrances. Our perfumes are supplied as produced by the original manufacturer. The longevity of the same authentic fragrance does not depend on which store it was purchased from.
However, not every authentic perfume is necessarily long-lasting. Longevity may vary depending on the fragrance composition, skin type, weather conditions, and other factors. Therefore, we do not provide a separate guarantee of fragrance longevity.

Do you have a physical store, or do you operate online only?
Our business started in 2000 with a physical perfume store called “Image”. In 2010, we launched our online store, ParfumShop.az.
Our physical store operated until 2020 and was closed during the pandemic. We no longer have a physical store and do not plan to reopen one.
Today, we operate exclusively online and offer delivery to all cities and regions of Azerbaijan.

How does delivery work, and how much does it cost?
ParfumShop.az provides delivery to all cities and regions of Azerbaijan.
Within Baku: Delivery is completely free. Depending on the address, orders are delivered within 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Baku suburban settlements: Delivery to Buzovna, Mardakan, Ramana, and other suburban settlements costs 10 AZN.
Other cities and regions: Two delivery options are available:
Postal service — 5 AZN. Delivery within 7 business days.
Intercity taxi service (yol taksiləri) — 10 AZN. Delivery on the day of dispatch.
For installment purchases: Once your application is approved by a credit specialist, you sign the credit agreement online. After the agreement is signed, we dispatch your order using your selected delivery method. Installment purchases can also be delivered to the regions by post for 5 AZN or by intercity taxi for 10 AZN.
For cash or bank card purchases, regional orders are dispatched after advance payment.
Business hours: Monday–Saturday, 09:00–19:00. Closed on Sundays.

4. Once your application is registered, a credit specialist will contact you within 30 minutes during processing hours to inform you of the decision.
5. If approved, sign the credit agreement online.
6. After signing the agreement, your order will be arranged for delivery.
Delivery within Baku is free. Delivery to other cities and regions is subject to a fee.

ParfumShop.az offers installment payments without a bank card through our partner, Ferrum Capital, for 3, 6, 9, 12, or 15 months.
The 3-month installment plan is interest-free. The 6, 9, 12, and 15-month plans include interest charges.
During special promotions, the interest-free installment period may change. Current terms and monthly payment amounts are displayed on the product page.

Can I test a fragrance before purchasing it?
ParfumShop.az operates exclusively online. We do not provide testers or samples for trying fragrances before purchase.
All our perfumes are authentic and supplied in their original sealed packaging. Therefore, it is not possible to test a fragrance before placing an order.

What are ParfumShop.az bonus funds, and how can I use them?v
When you shop at ParfumShop.az, 5% of your order amount is credited to your personal account as bonus funds. You can use your accumulated bonuses to purchase perfumes on our website.
Bonus Program Rules:
① Bonuses are earned only on purchases of non-discounted products.
② If you accumulate less than 30 AZN in bonuses within one year, your bonus balance will be reset to zero.
③ Partial payment using bonuses combined with cash or a bank card is not permitted.
④ Bonuses are linked to your registered phone number and cannot be transferred to another account.
⑤ When purchasing products with bonus funds, the regular price without discounts applies.

Providing an individual certificate of authenticity to every customer is not standard practice in perfume retail.

Can you verify a perfume's authenticity using photos, barcodes, or QR codes?
No, it is not possible to reliably determine a perfume's authenticity based solely on photographs, barcodes, or QR codes.
Modern counterfeit perfumes can be so convincing that their packaging, bottles, logos, barcodes, and QR codes closely resemble those of genuine products. Even authentic barcodes and QR codes can be copied and placed on counterfeit items.
Therefore, successfully scanning a barcode or QR code does not prove that a perfume is genuine. Likewise, photographs alone cannot provide a definitive assessment of authenticity.
The most reliable approach is to purchase perfumes from trusted retailers who guarantee the authenticity of their products.
