Egoiste Platinum is a men’s woody floral musk launched in 1993 and composed by Jacques Polge. It opens on aromatic lavender and rosemary, brightened by neroli and petitgrain, then unfolds into a heart of geranium, clary sage, galbanum and jasmine that introduces herbal and green facets. The drydown settles on traditional woody and resinous bases — oakmoss, vetiver, cedar, sandalwood — with a warm amber underpinning. The overall signature combines aromatic, fresh-spicy and woody elements for a refined, classic character.
